Amy Spock · Realtor · Dallas–Fort Worth
The truth about the neighborhood, not just the house.
A home is the backdrop for the next chapter of your life, and the neighborhood decides how that chapter feels. I have spent thirty years learning these streets, and I represent people who have done this before and expect it done well: with judgment, with discretion, and with the truth. No team. When you call, you reach me.

Featured Cities & Neighborhoods
The places people ask me about most, described the way I would describe them to a friend. Not the right fit for you? I will point you somewhere better.

Southlake
As good as its reputation. Small-town in feel, with dining and shopping that punch above it; fifteen minutes from DFW Airport; schools that people move here for. It comes at a premium, and almost no one regrets paying it.

Colleyville
Quieter than Southlake and happy about it. Bigger lots, older trees, the lowest tax rate of the three, and evenings that end at home rather than out. If you want a scene, you will drive to one. If you want a porch, this is the porch.

Keller
The most hometown of the three. Old Keller still feels like Old Keller: Friday nights at the stadium, a real homecoming parade, neighbors who know your dog’s name. More house for the money than its neighbors to the east, and enough different neighborhoods that finding the right one takes a conversation.

“Amy did a fantastic job but really excelled during the offer and inspection process. She took lead during each offer, counteroffer, concession and strategized each with me.”

Work with me
Three ways I help.
01 · Selling
Pricing with strategy, not emotion.
Most of my business is listings. I will tell you what your home is actually worth, what the first two weeks on market will decide, and what the offers are really saying beyond the price. Every home I list goes through The Two-Week Launch, my own system.
02 · Buying & relocating
Matched to the neighborhood, not just the house.
Many of my buyers are moving from out of state, a great many from California. I match you to the schools, streets, and communities that fit how you actually live, before you ever board a flight.
03 · The Lined Up Method
Need to buy before you sell? There is a way.
Most sellers cannot move twice or carry two mortgages. The Lined Up Method lines up the sale, the purchase, and the financing so you move once, on your timeline rather than the market’s.

Questions people ask first
Before you book a call.
Do you only work in Southlake, Colleyville, and Keller?
No. I work across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. Those three are the towns people ask about most, so they receive the most attention here, but my clients have bought and sold from McKinney to Arlington.
I need to sell my house before I can buy the next one. Can you help?
Yes. This is exactly what The Lined Up Method is for. We line up the sale, the purchase, and the financing so you move once, without carrying two mortgages or an interim move in between.
I am moving from out of state. How does this work from a distance?
Most of my relocation clients begin with a call, then a guide to the areas that fit them, then video walkthroughs of neighborhoods and homes before they ever fly in. By the time you visit, you are touring a shortlist, not the whole metro.
Will I be working with you, or with someone on your team?
Me. There is no team and no hand-off. You have me from the first call to the closing table.
What happens on the call?
Twenty minutes. You tell me what you are trying to do, I tell you what I would want to know in your position, and we decide whether I am the right fit. No pitch. If I am not the right person, I will tell you who is.
The unfiltered version, daily.
Begin with a conversation.
Twenty minutes. No pitch. You will leave knowing whether I am the right fit, and if I am not, who is.
